Angst Aerobics #15: Disney Special

Angst Aerobics is alternative exercise for an anxious time! a physical, mental and emotional letting off of steam. Through a mixture of music, performance and improvised dance, we will recreate something that’s part way between boogie-ing in your bedroom, the dancefloor at 3am and a drama workshop.

Itch that Scratch is a multi disciplinary feminist creative works in progress platform hosted by Contact, Manchester. Approaches to Verbatim Theatre, Exploratory WORKSHOP. Fresh from two sold out shows at PUSH festival HOME, we want to use the case study of Millennial Pink to explore what it looks like to play with a variety of voices and stories as part of a theatrical process.
