Everything I know I Felt

‘Everything I Know I Felt’ was an experiential exhibition exploring the diverse emotional experiences of womxn. Celebrating big feelings in all their messy, multifaceted glory, the work embraced emotional intelligence and questioned the societal value of vulnerability. The exhibition provided a visually stimulating, tactile and empowering space for response, reflection and connection, including interactive installations, community projects, film, photography, performance, painting and poetry.

SeeMySelfie

Girl Gang Manchester and Girl Gang Sheffield set 31 online provocations aimed at exploring the contentious nature of ‘the selfie’ as a vehicle for self-representation. From that we brought it to Manchester as an exhibition and accompanying zine. Curated from the 200 people that took part in the exhibition we combined interactive elements, photography and written work from the zine to bring this community from phone screens to real life.
